Where is Widget Galleryin eclipse ?

I am learning from the StockWatcher tutorial , when I got to this
page :

They said :
1. Selecting GWT widgets to implement the UI elements
First, look at the Widget Gallery and select the GWT widget for each
UI element.

My questions :
1) Where is Widget Galleryin eclipse ?
2) Adding to what file in the project ?
