TabLayoutPanel with an "settings" icon to the right.

Hi All,
I'm trying to see if I can create a TabLayoutPanel, such that the tabs would be their default to the left, but I'd like to have a clickable icon or something to the right side of the tab panel.

Any idea how I go about it?
