"but failed" is a so specific description of what went wrong that we probably can't help you ;-)
-- It is usually pretty straight forward: Launch DevMode with -noserver so that Jetty won't be started, build your war file and deploy it to Glassfish (or maybe tell Eclipse WTP to do so)
