Server-side message exchange

Hi,

I'm trying to create a mechanism to exchange messages using a separate broker. In other words, I have a message broker and I need to let my server know when a message is arrived. What is the best way to do that?

I'd also need to send messages through that broker too, so this should be a two-way message exchange
