The SVN is long dead. You'll find the DTD at https://gwt.googlesource.com/gwt/+/2.6.0/distro-source/core/src/gwt-module.dtd but not in "raw" form. You can get it from GitHub though: https://github.com/gwtproject/gwt/raw/2.6.0/distro-source/core/src/gwt-module.dtd

We should probably host them somewhere (e.g. gwtproject.org), feel free to propose patches to the website: http://www.gwtproject.org/makinggwtbetter.html#webpage
