You can do that in Chrome 

 

add conditional breakpoints,

You can do that in Chrome 

 

exception breakpoints,

You can do that in Chrome 

 

dynamically evaluate expressions,

You can do that in Chrome 

So the most important things are covered. Maybe you should just give it a serious try ?
