Error: An internal error occurred during: "Launching HelloWorld (1)". org/eclipse/jdt/debug/core/JDIDebugModel

I just upgraded to Java version 7 and GWT 2.4. Affter creating the
basic GWT new app I get this error when trying to run the app: An
internal error occurred during: "Launching HelloWorld (1)".
org/eclipse/jdt/debug/core/JDIDebugModel. Anyone else have this
problem and know of a fix?
