Re: DockLayoutPanel, fixed pixel size header, percent for rest

The widget you add in the center position of DockLayoutPanel (using the add() method) will take up the remaining space by default.

Hi,

I wanted achieve simple layout where the top portion consisting of a banner and menus is always fixed pixel size.  The rest expands to 100%.  I want to work in standard mode (vs quirks).  So I thought DockLayoutPanel would do the job.  However it seems I have to specify units and those are applied to all elements.  So if I specify percent, everything resizes and if I specify pixels, everything is static.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Thanks.
