Re: GWT 2.5 GA is Here!

I'd like to see parity with javax.xml.bind.* in gwt proper;  none of the SC vendors proper have a vested interest in un-inventing XML marshalling.

Mostly, roadmap and features of next GWT releases.

There are many good features in GXT, Vaadin, Errai and other tools which now have a member in steering-committee. So I'm looking for roadmap of GWT to know which parts of this tools will be integrated in GWT and when?

I can't speak in the name of the SC as a whole, but still I'd answer none/few to your question. The goal is not to converge/merge all those projects into GWT proper (hey, they're making money from them!).
You can have a look at the notes from the 1st SC meeting to know more about the charter: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QL3YAm01K2YBoqLg4sTBLXqMgHvwnhUS0P5EwzJ7FG0/edit
