GWT/GPE 2.3 unable to sign in with Google Apps account

Hi,

The new Eclipse Sign In feature that comes with GWT/GPE 2.3 does not
seem to work with Google Apps accounts. I am therefore unable to
deploy to GAE.

This is what I get:

The "scope" parameter was bad or missing.
