Adding scrollbar to celltable - please help

Hi All,

This might be very trivial issue but somehow I am not able to add
scrollbar to celltable.
I am not sure if I am doing this right.

I have just set the size of the table to show 3 records and I assumed
that the celltable will have a built in feature to display a
scrollbar. Any help is appreciated.
