Re: LayoutPanel with minimum size

Set CSS min-height on the RootLayoutPanel (RootLayoutPanel.get().getElement().getStyle()). If the user shrinks the browser window smaller than your min-height the browser should show scrollbars.

I do the same to ensure a minimal/maximal app width.
