How to implement a password forgot function?

Hello everyone,

im working on a password forgot function. I already can send a link to the to the user so that he can reset his password. Now i got stuck with the link? What i want is, that when the user clicks on the link he can see the Login page and a reset password dialog has to pop up.

Since i had to programm the JavaMail Code on the server, i cant handle a clickhandler.

How to do this?
