It just happens that way from time to time, although I've never had do to a full restart. Many recommend moving to Super Dev Mode for Chrome.

I restarted Chrome, Eclipse and my computer; and after a while of trying and trying, things worked again the desired way.

My question: Does anybody know what has happened? I would like to avoid such a situation in the future.
