CellTable Column Overlap

Hi community, kindly take a  look at this celltable code : http://fpaste.org/9746/36740350/ Am surprised it produces overlapping columns in-spite of setting the celltable's fixed width to 100% and percentage widths (totalling 100%) for the columns. The last three columns (especially the very last one) overlap each other such that if a new field / column is appended, the last dorp-down cell still overlaps it.

Am I doing something wrong?
