Out of Memory when compiling for all browser combinations.

We are getting out of Memory issue when compiling our project for all
the browser combination.

Version using : GWT 2.3.0

Enabled <draftCompile>true</draftCompile> in pom.xml

<extraJvmArgs> -Xmx1024m -Djava.io.tmpdir=${basedir}/tmp</
extraJvmArgs>

Can you please suggest why it is taking so much time to do a clean
compile?
