Re: .nocache.js not found

does
<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript"
src="HelloGwt/HelloGwt.nocache.js"></script>
help ?

You probably also need

<module rename-to='HelloGwt'>
    <inherits name="com.google.gwt.user.User" />
    <source path="client" />
    <entry-point class="oge.gwt.chap24.hello.client.HelloGwt" />
</module>

to get it work, otherwise it will be the full path(full package name) for the javascript.
