What are "best practices" for implementing multiple page apps in GWT?

I am working on a application that will have multiple pages. I have
read a lot of the older posts that discuss several ways of approaching
this in GWT. I also notice that the last down for project gwt-
multipage was a beta from July 2010. And there have been a lot of
enhancements to GWT since much of this was written.

Can anyone suggest what what the current "best practices" might be for
implementing a multi page app in GWT?
