The green "add to chrome" button is what will install the plugin. The form is just a screenshot.
-- That being said, the plugin will stop working soon (it already stopped working for many of us, but apparently still works on Windows; but will likely no longer work with the next version of Chrome)
If I were you, I'd move to 2.7.0-rc1 which doesn't require browser plugins (but you don't debug your code the same way).
