Since ahome-ext is Apache 2 ext js Licensing Applies. So for a commercial product you will need a commercial license for ext js.

However I do not completely understand the licensing. Sencha Ext JS licensing is either GPL or commercial:

Now if ahome-ext does not contain any other licensing statement, I suppose it is ASL 2.0 as stated on your entry page.
