However I do not completely understand the licensing. Sencha Ext JS licensing is either GPL or commercial:
http://www.sencha.com/products/extjs/license/
Now if ahome-ext does not contain any other licensing statement, I suppose it is ASL 2.0 as stated on your entry page.

How does this comply?
