Of course you can, just write a tinny jsni wrapper around it and you can use any js lib.
I just wrote one for GreenSock GSAP, just search in the forum, you will find info about it.
Also look at the GWT Google API wapper source for info, 
Or look at the Mgwt project, it's already handling touches and contains al the required Gesture Recognizers.
