The easiest way to run the bookmarklets in Chrome for Android (and possibly Chrome for iOS) is to use synchronization to get them to the mobile device, then use autocomplete in the location bar to reach and run them.

I think there's work underway to make it easy to add them to the UI (in a special build then, or maybe using a query-string parameter like with DevMode) to make it even simpler to use on mobile devices.
