Did you also deleted temp directory. If you are using windows then it should be %temp%.

I was also facing the same problem and it worked for me when I cleared the temp folder.

This is a bit strange as it happened out of the blue. When I try to run my app in debug mode it takes a very long time in the development mode console the step that seems to be taking time is the ' rebinding ...templates" for a widget cell. Now, all other projects work fine, and this project can run fine but not in debug mode. After when it finally runs, the app seems very very slow, and I can see the javaaw.exe process taking a bit of cpu power.

I cleaned up all the gwt cached files, browser cache, tried other browsers, stopped firewall, restart pc, all I can think of and with no luck.
