The highlighting is done by the MultiwordSuggestOracle., so either don't use it, or wrap it in your own SuggestOracle where you'll rework the returned Suggestions (wrap them, or copy them) so that their getDisplayString is the same as their getReplacementString (beware of the SuggestOracle#isDisplayStringHTML return value then)
