speed of debug mode in eclipse is very slow or even hang

the problem is very strange, if the project is run outside eclipse, the speed is ok.
if run in eclipse but not in debug mode, the speed is also ok.
but if run in eclipse and in debug mode (right click project > debug as > web application (running on an external server),the speed is very slow, and in an RPC call, after the server code is complete, it hang on return to client!!

what is the problem?
I am using gwt2.4 and google suite plugin version 2.5.1.v201201120043-43l-36
