[WARN] Injected scripts no longer use an associated JavaScript block; ignoring

i put

<script src="http://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js">
{"parsetags": "explicit"}
</script>

in gwt.xml file , and i get above warning. any advice? i'm not
warning can safely ignore. but will future GWT support syntax like
above?
