backend support

Hi,

I created a form in which user can write any thing (Knowledge sharing
kind of thing) and i want to save that into the backend .

I dont have any idea about backend support with gwt............

plz guide me which database or file system is supported by gwt and how
to start with backend .........

I want to know about backend support with gwt
