Highcharts is probably one of the best chart lib right now with very good support of old browsers.

You can use the following wrapper : http://www.moxiegroup.com/moxieapps/gwt-highcharts/

It is no longer updated it seems, but it covers a lot of thing so it is still usable.

I am actually working on a new wrapper but it is still a work in progress (http://highcharts4gwt.github.io/)
