Help with the first application

Hello everyone.

I'm starting with the GWT now and I have a problem, if you could help me, I'd be thankful

I'm creating a simple program to encrypt a string. When a user types a word in the box he clicks the button, and in the box below returns the word changed. But I can not make this return, I am unable to make the word modified appear on its box.

Could anyone help me?
