requestFactoryServlet did not complete its transaction

Good afternoon staff,

I have a problem with what I believe is something RequestFactory atoa.
I am doing an import of a file and when the process is running on the
side of EJB3 I persist a list of objects and in some cases may take
persistence. When the service ends EJB to persist in the bank he can
not return to the request and gives serguinte error in the server
console: ERROR
[org.jboss.web.tomcat.service.jca.CachedConnectionValve] Application
error: requestFactoryServlet did not complete ITS transaction.

Someone could help me with this problem. I thank the attention.
