How to style a captionpanel?

All CaptionPanels lost there frame/border as well as there original
label color after the app has been added to a site. Now I tried to add
a custom style for .gwt-CaptionPanel to the projects css file, but it
is silently ignored. So how can a CaptionPanel be styled in the
projects css file?
