disable it in your project settings and then you can use FileWriter.
Otherwise, you can't use it in appengine - you are not allowed
filesystem access when running on it (here's the app engine whitelist:
http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/java/jrewhitelist.html).
There's several ways around the restrction.
