Oh yeah, right!
That's weird 'cause the fixes seem to still be there in trunk and
branches/2.1 (and 2.1-M1) and there's even a unit test to ensure
there's no regression!

I'd suggest reopening the issue then (i.e. adding a comment saying it
reappeared, with a reduced code sample that reproduce the error)
