Sorry nothing that would be of a general help.

But since you asked...
My gwt application is essentially a widget to to be inserted on a host page. The host page has its own means to deal with the googlebot (i.e doing nothing). The actual GWT content is an SVG so I am giving (server side) machinery to the host page to include a server stored image PNG. Not great success so far. I am still learning actually.

BTW: how did you support the old schme (create the static pages) ?
