Need some help, about Google web button.

Good day!

I am a young web designer,now study & currently working on a site on CSS3, Html5, javascript technology.

In Google.com was changed design, so that it now appeared context menu (button).

I, also,  want to put such (similar) button on my web site.

Please, need your help with the code. Or at least, tell me the name of this button (the term).

Because, I clambered all "sites - tutorials" in the "menu, drop down, click button" is nothing like that.
