Where is com.google.gwt.core.client.prefetch.Prefetcher?

Hi All,

I've having a look at the source for the GWT Showcase sample. For the purposes of good and not evil I grabbed all the source and dragged it out into my own project. However, I am unable to resolve a dependency on com.google.gwt.core.client.prefetch.Prefetcher 

Prefectcher is used here (amoungst other places):

I kinda understand what it's trying to do, but it's not in the 2.0.3 SDK AFAIK. Any help would be appreciated.
