Multiple Entry Points - URL rewriter

Hi all,

for some reason, I need a GWT application with multiple EntryPoints.
I'm using a URL rewriter to choose which EntryPoint should be used.
I was geared to the following blog entry:
http://zenoconsulting.wikidot.com/blog%3A16

Unfortunately, it doesn't work until now, as I'm not shure where I
should place the respective *.html files.
Maybe someone implemented a scenario like this already and can give me
some hints.
