If you're not using Maven (or anything that uses "managed dependencies"), then yes.

…or actually, no, but you need to know some basics about Maven dependency resolution:

1. go to https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/dominokit/domino-ui/1.0-SNAPSHOT/ (concatenation of repository url, slashified groupId, artifactId, and version)
2. grab the latest timestamped version of the *.jar and *-sources.jar
