Hi Vassils,
Thanks a lot
Work is in progress to offer a widget that you can embed on your website. Something like intercom. But more cheaper. Way more cheaper.
The usage suits well what we want to do. We want to offer a messaging platform for all occasions. Be it with friends/family. On your websites, for buying/selling things online. You decide what suits you.
We dont offer an API(yet) but support members will be able to customize everything (URL, welcome message, widget, auto response) all that for 99cent/month
Not so bad no ? :)
Cheers,
Alain

Is that kind of usage goes against your preferred usage?Hi Alain,I was looking at Dikalo (Cool project congrats) and was wandering if I could use it as a chatbox in an application for supporting our on line visitors.
If it's ok to use Dikalo to that end:
Does Dikalo offer any kind of API or url customization options? Probably an iframe with a reduced dikalo web client (no groups) and preassigned display name passed as url parameters may be sufficient. Thanks in advanceVassilis--On Wed, Dec 7, 2016 at 7:03 PM, Alain <jazzmatadazz@gmail.com> wrote:Hi people,--
We've spent the last 18 months working on Dikalo in order to change the way people do messaging.
So what is Dikalo?
Dikalo is an realtime, GWT based messaging platform that helps you communicate with anyone just with a simple key or link. Because Dikalo is designed to work only with a code you can use it without ever setting up an account. No Email, No phone number, no sign up required. Ever.
You create a conversation, share the key with the person you want to connect with. Thats it. For ever
We wanted to build a messaging app that you can use for all occasions. Not only with friends and family. But also with people you dont know(maybe you are buying/selling something online). With people you just met(maybe at a conference). Or with people you are just connected for a short period of time (maybe a business transaction)
With Dikalo you decide what private information you share with whom. We do not force you to share anything with us before even sending the first message. You are in total control.
Today we are launching in beta on the web and desktop for windows, mac and linux. Native mobile apps will come mid January.
Dikalo can be found here : https://dklo.co
or download the desktop clients here: https://dklo.co/downlads
Here's the story behind Spark and why we created it:

We cant wait to hear what you think

Alain
