Improve Productivity Using GWT?

Hi,

We are developing web application using GWT/Bootstrap.We are creating customized component using GWT/Bootstap for our web application to support.But we notice that its taking huge time to build the component (to get responsiveness), Which result in less productivity.Since we are spending more time on building the custom component instead of focusing on building the Product.Is there any way how we can improve the productivity using GWT?Any suggestion?
