Eclipse GWT plugin & repositories return 404 not found.

All repositories (http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/3.x 3.4-3.7) are
not functioning anymore, and so are the archives of the update site.
This means that the Eclipse plugin cannot be downloaded anymore from
Google. Since there are no "official mirrors", the first step of the
introduction to GWT is a dead end.
