thank you very much. This solved the problem for 99%.

(Sorry for the delay. I needed some weeks to get an iPad with IOS 9.1)

One thing remains: Everytime, when you enter some text somewhere (e. g. when you log in), the screen is zoomed in, which is quite normal I think. But when typing is finished (e. g. when the text box looses focus), the zoom level remains, and it looks the same as before adding the meta tag (so the problem seems to be related to the "zoom for typing" mechanism). When I then reload the page, it's displayed normal again. So reload is a workaround...

What else can I do?
