UI GWT Maven archetypes

Hello everybody, 

I created a bunch of UI archetypes for GWT. The archetypes are inspired from Polymer layouts to help GWT users get started quickly with a GWT app. This is only a SNAPSHOT version, so I will try to add more layouts/archetypes on the go, and improve the existing ones based on the feedback of the community.
