issue is resolved actually below line of HEADER VIEW cause the problem i don''t set the position and size of LayoutPanel

.gwt-Label  style work with labels Which I add in SplitLayoutPanel in below codes but I add same style in customwidget  HeaderView   .  it will not work with  HeaderView     customWidget logoutLabel .
