I found from other posts that DOCTYPE was incorrectly set. 'www' is required and that fixed it. 

However, I am stuck here now:

Have you seen this before?

I get this error on the first line Error: There is '1' error in 'gwt-module.dtd'.

I installed the plugin from the marketplace.

I see this error in other tutorials too.

Any suggestions appreciated.
