how to create a responsive login page and consume a web service with database connection

Hello ,

As I am new for GWT , I wanted to know how to create a responsive login page consuming web service for checking the credentials validation from database. I am able to create a SOAP based web service , also nearly done for responsive web page but the problem is i cant integrate them . Web Service is deployed in apache's webapps and gwt project is running on google web engine... I Googled for it but unable to do... please help. Thanks in Advance.
