Look for tutorials. If you're starting programming altogether, choose
a language that's versatile and not platform dependent. I like Java,
don't know how that would work as a first language, but it's
marketable anywhere in the world. As you progress with it, you can
branch into a trend you like, such as app development, game
development for mobiles, and so on.
