Thanks much Thomas. Problem is, I have GWT 3.8.0 plugin installed in Eclipse Luna. Do you suggest I downgrade to 2.6.1?

First thing is to try with GWT 2.6.1 (or better, 2.7) as 2.6.0 is known to have classloader issues in webapps.
