GWT 1.4.60 (there's no 1.4.6) has been released in August 2007 [1]. At the time, IE8 didn't exist, and Firefox was v2 and Safari 3 was about to be released [2]. jQuery had just celebrated its first anniversary [3].

So what did you expect?

Either try to have IE 10 run in quirks mode (IE 5.5 compat mode) or update to a more recent GWT version.
